We need to know which colors you want for the background color, text color, border colors, and also which fonts you might want to use.
Also, you might want to use a premade template, at least to start with. All colors are free, many fonts are free, but templates usually cost a one-time fee to use.

Website layouts are available from 3rd party web template companies starting at about $50. If you find one that you like, we can purchase it for you and use it as the basis of your website.

Contrary to some of the names, some of these templates are not free, but they are an economical and quick way to get a high-end layout for your website. By "free" they often mean "royalty-free" which means after you purchase them you don't need to pay additional royalties when using them.
